Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, you have the choice to return it for a refund or exchange with another product.
Returns will be fully refunded within two weeks of purchase. Our returns policy does not apply to items that have been used, washed, or damaged. The items must have all the tags attached and returned its original state. You must also present a receipt or order number for the return to be authorized. OSH has the right to deny a refund if the item being returned does not meet our returns policy requirements.
Exchange Policy
For any exchanges kindly contact us via What’s App +96566085922 or through our email support@oshmoments.com and we'd be happy to help. An exchange is only possible if the purchase was made within two weeks. This applies to items that have not been used, washed or damaged. The items must also have all tags attached and its original state. In order to authorize the exchange, you must provide us with a receipt or order number. OSH has the right to deny an exchange if the item being returned does not meet our exchange policy requirements.

1. Sale items
2. Lingerie items
3. Swimsuits items
4. Any undergarments items
Damaged Items
OSH prides themselves in its high quality products and always makes sure everything is checked before being sold. If you happen to receive any damaged item please contact us right away to get it replaced or refunded. Please make sure to let us know within 3 days of your purchase.
Please note that items being replaced due to damage can only be replaced with the same item in the same size, if available. If the item is not available, you have the right to receive a Full refund.
